Time Of Dispatch

Most orders will be shipped between 24-48 hours from receiving the order.

How do I track the delivery status?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with the tracking ID provided by the courier partner. You will also be provided with a link to track you package.

Delivery policy

Please note that each shipment of items in an order requires an adult’s presence upon delivery. If there is any change in the delivery address, please contact us.

changes in address/phone number can be done till the dispatch, once shipment has been dispatched no changes can be made.company is not liable for any refund/replacement incase of incorrect information provided by customer.

Do I have to receive the parcel personally, or can someone else sign for it?

People in your household can receive the parcel but they will be asked for some validation of identification like name and relation. For COD orders please ensure you LEAVE CASH with house members.

It’s a prepaid order but the delivery agent has asked for cash on delivery?

In case of prepaid orders, you DO NOT need to pay any cash to the delivery agent. Kikibix will not be liable for any refund in such a case.

Third Party Services

As we use third party services for shipment and delivery, Kikibix is not responsible for the behaviour of the delivery agent. In any such event please reach out to us as info@kikibix.com and we will escalate the concern to the concerned service agent.

Note- Please do not share OTP unless parcel has been delivered, In any such cases of Return due to OTP verified cancellation by customer, Kikibix will not be liable for refund.

Our team will reach out to you(by call or Watsapp) , incase of failure by courier to deliver the parcel,refund will be provided as per our guidelines.

 If the parcel is returned due to no response from customer no refund will be provided.
